|| Useful for you?

May be helpful. Not sure.

No, I liked when we had the PM management meetings and used MS Project to keep us focused. Kind of the big picture ideas, I’m thinking about.

Let’s try and see

|| Useful for Troy?

If he reads/uses it

I think filling into a big picture with deliverables as part of a whole will be more useful than seeing a bunch of disjointed pieces.

Let’s try and see

|| How often do you need to meet 1:1?

Once a week

As needed.

As needed

|| How often for full staff meetings?

Bi-weekly

Attempt weekly which will often turn in to bi-weekly, but weekly gives an opportunity to address issues.

Once a week

|| How can staff meetings be improved?

· Troy should work from action items
· A general solicitation for “other” agenda items at the beginning of the meeting. If there is time, they can be included, if not, submit them in time next week.
· Make the meetings more participatory
· Conduct individual business at 1:1 meetings staff members are clear about their individual responsibilities and working those discussions do not become part of the staff meeting.
· Main office priorities should be focus of the meetings and consume the most time

· It would be good to have us have a PM plan as a guide in staff meetings.
· Living agenda on the wiki. Reminders are still sent out.
· For each agenda item have a lead, but do a round the table for input.
· For 1:1 items it is crucial to take a moment to determine lead on who will follow up on item and confirm by when the follow up will occur. Otherwise things fall by the wayside.
· Deliverable dates should be assigned to agenda items if/when possible.
